The Manor at Samara

The Manor at Samara is for the exclusive use of up to 8 guests in ultimate luxury and total privacy making it ideal for families or small groups travelling together. Guests at the Manor have a private chef, private ranger and vehicle and butler service.

Accommodation consists of 4 spacious, air conditioned luxury suites, all opening out to private patios with spectacular views and outdoor sofas. All the suites have a large en suite bathroom with free-standing bath, shower and double vanity wash basins.

The house has 2 spacious living rooms, one with large fireplace, comfortable bar, LCD TV, well-appointed dining room, breakfast room and a 21m infinity pool which descends into a natural water hole at which game can be present.

Samara’s abundant wilderness preserves a complex and diverse ecosystem, providing habitat for over 60 mammal species. Among more common species, such as the Kudu and Duiker, the secretive Aardvark and the once-endangered White Rhino roam. Game drives take place in open 4x4 vehicles throughout the reserve. Walking safaris specialise in all aspects of getting closer to nature and learning to track animals and approach them on foot. Guests are able to study the finer detail of the bush and experience the feeling of wide open spaces.
