We create tailor-made holidays which are individually designed for each and every individual enquiry. As a rule we start with a blank canvas and start by asking for as much information as possible so that we can start to make relevant suggestions. The first proposal could be perfect, but as often as not, changes are made and the whole thing is fine tuned until we arrive at the perfect itinerary.

This is where our expertise becomes invaluable because we know which lodge, camp or hotel will meet preferred styles or standards, where to go and when to go, what to do where, and when best to do it. From our encyclopaedic knowledge we can offer ideas and make the perfect suggestion that ticks every box and saves hours trawling the internet.

This does not come at an additional cost as we have such good relationships with our operating partners that our rates allow us to be just as competitive as booking directly - often more so. In addition to this we have contract air fares with all the major airlines and all the lesser known carriers that make those far removed corners of the continent accessible. All this comes with our full financial protection from ATOL, IPP and AITO.

Unlike some companies, we do not build extras into costings so all additional charges such as airport departure taxes, gorilla permits, community fees, etc, are shown as separate items ensuring complete transparency. Our ethos is simply, value for money.

For further peace of mind, all guests travelling with Africa & Beyond have 24-hour emergency contacts, both in the destination and in the UK. Along with a comprehensive A5 document pack with essential information, full itinerary and any necessary vouchers, all guests are issued with full pre-departure information several weeks prior to departure.
